Product Replacement:

We do not offer cash refunds. However, we are pleased to offer product replacements for items that are returned in their original, undamaged, and unused condition. If you find that your purchase does not satisfy your needs, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a replacement process.

Eligibility for Replacement:

To be eligible for a replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Please note that open or used products cannot be replaced.

Process for Replacement:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@botanikahouse.com to notify us of the issue and to request a replacement.

  • Provide proof of purchase and, if possible, a photo of the item to assist in our preliminary assessment.

  • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will dispatch the replacement product.
